Bankrupt Company Retirement QuestionHi all, the company I worked for was sold about a year ago. I recently found out that the former company has filed Chapter 13. My question is how is my retirement with the former company guaranteed? And, is there any way for me to get that retirement money now? I am afraid of it 'disappearing'.......
