"The thing about consent in Colorado is you don't have to say 'no,"'
said Kathie Kramer, a spokeswoman for Denver-based Rape Assistance and
Awareness Program. "Just because she didn't say 'no' doesn't mean
consent."

  • > The men in Colorado could always just bail, and get the hell out of the state until the laws change. I wonder what kind of tax base there would be in an all female state?

It is not just Colorado. Many states have pretty much the exact same
laws due to the Womens group lobby.

That is scary. Why don't they just do away with the formality of
indcitments and trials and go back to good old fashined lynching.

At all depends on who the defendant is. If it is Kobe from Denver that
dropped out of high school and works a minimum wage job he will be
railroaded, if it is Kobe from the LA Lakers with millions of dollars
and a lawyer that employees the nuts and sluts defense he will walk because
    the 'accuser' never said no.
