  I'm glad that you are resolving this problem. This is your second run in
  with the town. In Feb. you were told that you could not reside in a
  business. Now it looks like you're trying to run a business from your home.
  I wonder if you would be happier living in a less restrictive place. Perhaps
  you should buy out in the country and move. Before you do anything find out
  about the rules and regulations.It sounds as if you really don't have a clue
  about zoning, health and sanitation, construction, and many other codes that
  can be important to a landholder.

  The girl got up on her car and almost fell
  i got a kick out of hearing that i was not there .I put up a fence inside the
  yard to hide my stuff ..On one of my propertys thay did go on and clean up thay
  did it
  cheaper than i could now i use it to park
  on when i am there thay cut down the trees cleared the brush i was in the
  process of doing that just never got to it
  It was so hot that year i did not go outside

  trim the guys trees down the street thay

  Mr. Green gave you a very good answer. It is unlikely that your town will
  go to such extreme measures. But they almost certainly will begin to fine
  you and try to get you to clean up your property. As Mr.Green said, the town
  can mow your lawn, trim your bushes, tow away the junk, and bill you for all
  the work. It certainly sounds as if you have created an eyesore. Why should
  any one put up with your mess? Do you not understand how unreasonable you
  are behaving?
  If this land was recently annexed into the town or if you have been
  storing junk openly on it for a long time then you may be able to avoid
  fines while you work to clear the property. But if you believe that you have
  a right to do anything you want on your property you are wrong.

  If you believe that they cannot enter upon your property, you will
  soon (if you haven't already) find out otherwise. If you believe you
  have the right to stand your ground, you will gain firsthand
  experience in how well-armed and persuasive the local constabulary can
  be.
  
  You don't have the right to maintain a public nuisance on your
  property. And you don't have the right to prevent them from abating it
  after failing to do so yourself.

  the laws that intrude on our rights ..Thay
  just repealed the drug loriting law no good
  Do you think all the people that payied fines are going to get there money
  back??
  And what about the kid that did comunity
  service ?I am shure it did not harm him
  when i was his age i was in the fire company i helped put out some fires
  i fact thay started juioner fireman for us
  and it is still there .Looks like i am getting
  off the beaten path here .I took 53.00 dollars worth of so called junk and

  You keep junk vehicles on your property and keep other parts of your
  property in disrepair. There are laws against what you are doing in
  most places, especially against keeping inoperable vehicles unless you
  are running a proper junkyard.
  
  Sounds like they have a legitimate gripe to me. If you do not take
  action promptly to turn your property into something other than a
  junkyard and an eyesore, they have the right to do it themselves and
  charge you exorbitant rates for doing so.
