I am defending myself and would like to know what action to take if the other side (plaintiff's attorney) is setting hearing dates before filing a motion. Can he do this, if not what is my remedy.
Also , if the judge sets a pre-trial hearing and the other side still has not answered questions from the discovery. Is there a way I can force them to answer these discovery questions?
