Well it means it's a CRIME to posses and sell illegal drugs .
There was a fella in NY that had a few DWIs , DUI's . One day He won the lottery - 7 mill.
What happened ? He decided to keep on drinking and driving . On top of that , he decided to illegally possess and sell marijuana .
Guest what sentence he received and where he had to serve it ?
And guess where all those nice possessions he bought with the lottery money went ?
