My Stepson has recently moved in with his father and I and his 1 month old daughter is with him. His name is not on the birth certificate but he has had a DNA done which states he is the father. The mother has no home at the moment and is living on the street but is claiming she will have a hotel room in a couple of weeks. The mother has two other children she has lost custody of to their father. My question is how do we go about getting my stepson's name on the birth certificate and custody for him?
