hi, i just have a few things to say, because i think enough is enough, my wife of almost 2 years we have been married for has been fighting with her sons father since her son was born march 16, 2003, hes been alway harrassing her or threating her to take her son away, because she has lost custody of her oldest daughter because of him, and she doesnt want to lose her son, well anyway, this past week my wife and i moved from new jersey to missouri, and we needed his consent, he consented if she would sign off on the child support he had owed which was $800.00, well anyway he signed the paper, we moved to missouri, now he petitioned the court saying he never signed the paper and the court granted to him (when she wasnt there) that she had to go back to new jersey with her son, the court granted it aug 12th, his lawyer didnt send the letter til the 15th and she didnt get the letter til the 19th of aug, and the court paper said she had to be in court on aug 19th at t5pm, and she recieve the letter at 445pm, does this make any sense??? i dont think so, but now this guy is persisting in getting in her pants still and all he wants to do is control her, he really dont want custody of his son, he just wants me out of the picture and wants to make her life hell, and control it, and ive just had enough, can someone please help me????>>>>>..........

  • Get an attorney and/or go to court yourself because I doubt the court acted on anything if she was not there, and it sounds like someone doctored some court papers to make her look bad. I would call the court and hear it from their eyes and not rely on possibly altered paperwork.
