  No, I don't believe I misinterpreted your original post. I responded to what you wrote and then, your clarification added so much more new information, as to require a completely new time element for research of your issues.
  I'm sorry you weren't clearer the first time around. It might be to your benefit to obtain a consultation with an attorney to go over all of your current issues.
