My wife snatched our 2 1/2 year old daughter and fled from SC to NY. I didn't know where they were for 5 months. I filed for custody in SC and on the date of court my wife shows up. She said I was abusive to her and our child, I molested our child and that I was threatening her life. NONE OF THIS WAS TRUE OR PROVEN IN COURT.
However she did ADMIT to:
tax evasion, purjury, falsifying her financail declaration,unable to hold a steady job, being financailly unstable and unable to care for our child without help from her family, AS WELL AS AVOIDING SERVICE OF PAPERS WILL I TRIED TO LOCATE THEM FOR COURT.
I was found to be:
financailly stable, fit parent, innocent of all her charges. Yet the court awarded her custody 800miles from her father!Due to the fact NY has a better daycare system than SC.
The judge in this case was 81yrs old and had been retired 12 years ago. He has no understanding as to the way family life is today.
Please help by sending any info that can change this. I need phone numbers and contacts. This is an atrocity in the Family Court System that must be confronted. Politicians are in fear of assisting because they are worried they will lose their voters on either side. Copy this and forward to anyone you think can help in getting this into public knowledge.
