MICHIGAN
Does anyone know if Michigan Friend of the Court has a "dollar for dollar" rule if a child is receiving benefits. I have found that Indiana does. If a child receives government checks (SS) then the amount of child support for that child would be reduced or negated.
Also, where do I get documentation substantiating this.
