DV AOS: any ways of affecting the FBI name check (with 1 month left)?It's 1 month left and the only step left in my DV-2004 AOS case is the completion of the FBI name check. The process is very straigtforward, particularly if you are applying from outside the US. I got my first DV-2005 letter on July 25, 2004. But still I did not get the 2nd letter (interview date). Can you please give me an idea when I may get it? Should I call or email to KCC with my case number......
