We just got 3 NOA's in the mail from MSC, I-30, I-864 & I-485 with an A# - hooray!. I filed in NYC in May 2003, but guess MSC is handling it because of the backlog. It asks that I go for "bios" on I-485 NOA, I presume that is for the background check etc? I had my "bios for EAD......

Well that set off a string of replies ;-) I too looked into the change of address thing very carefully when I moved here back in February. The website didn't say to call the NCSC..only in the event you had a Naturalization application pending. They seem to keep changing the advice on the website......
