Yet another Vaccination Supplement Question! (Immigration Law)

  Might not be relevant here, but I recently went to a Designated Civil
  surgeon to get the vacci sup, and was told that on top of the MMR and TD
  that I had gotten in my home country previously, I now needed 2nd shots of
  it. New regulations from BCIS it seems. If that applied for MMR and TD, it
  might apply to other shots too.

You would only need the vaccination supplement if your medical (UK) was done within a year of your filing for AOS. The supplement is pretty much the CS just transferring your records of the vaccinations you have to an official USCIS form.
