Hi All,

I have been reading the NG for some time and I thought I should come out of hiding to find
out the answer to a couple of questions.

First let me introduce myself and my fiance (filipina). I (Rick) am 42 years old and live
in Northern Calif. She (Laulette) is 20 years old and currently lives in the Philippines.
I met her in Manila in September by chance over dinner with some friends. We got along
really well and over the Holidays I spent three wonderful weeks with her and her family.
It was during this trip that I made the decision that she is the one for me and so I asked
that BIG question and to my great delite she said "YES". Her parents also agreed.

I have two questions.

1. Will the INS be looking at my K-1 petition closer due to the fact that she is a LITTLE
bit younger than I am.

2. I am probably going to be setting up a pre-nupitial agreement to protest my current
assets (I don't really like the idea but everybody says that I would be a fool not to).
Will this be looked down on by the INS/consulate or is this something that they just
plain don't need to know about.

I really wish that I had known about the G325A when I was there last as it would have
saved the time that we are using to get the forms to her and for me to get them back to
that I can put the package together for the I-129F.
