  You can hire a PI or skip tracer but does he have more money to burn? You should have met with this guy, gotten a signed contract, transfer the accounts etc. before paying any money.

  HI. I hope this is the right forum to post in. I apologize if it is not.
  My brother lives in Bankok. I own a small webhosting company, and my brother decided he would liek to start his own company. So, he found a seller on another board here in AZ, and made arrangements to buy this persons accounts.
  While he was smart enough to get a non-compete from the guy, he did not get a signed contract, as he felt comfortable with this person.
  Anyway, he bank wired the funds ot the guy, and has not heard form him since. He did give me the bank info for the person (it was a business account) but the bank would only tell me that the account was now closed, and would not give me any dontact info.
  I am at a loss, as the local police said that the crime must be reported where my brother lives.
  What can be done in this instance? Is my brothers money just gone? Or is there some legal recourse we can take against this person we can't find?

• If I would have known what he was doing, I would have done that. But he asked me to help find him AFTER he dissappeared.
  I do have his name, and the name of his business. But can I press charges on behalf of my brother, or does he have to do it?
