Hello,
Many of my relatives are buried in a family cemtery on land that was once owned by my grandparents. After my grandfather died, the land was partitioned into several lots, but the cemetery land was excepted. Almost 5 years have passed since this was done. My question is this: who actually owns the excepted land? Will it always belong to my grandparents' heirs?
