Officer's Notation on a Ticket (Traffic Law)

• Just FYI for those who might be reading this thread.
  
  I have a co-worker who is a former Washington State Patrol officer. I asked him about this ticket and one that thing that he told me is that if a WSP Patrol officer pulls someone over, and that person is a jerk or hassles the officer in some way, they would typically write "ND" onto the notes of the ticket, which meant "NO DEAL" to the judge and prosecutor.
  
  I am wondering if maybe PC+0 means "preferential conduct" or "prejudicial conduct" or something like that, but I have no way to know.
  
  I certainly didn't argue and wasn't disrespectful, so PC+0 would make sense in that case.

  Most officers use their own made up shorthand to simplify their notes. If you are curious, ask the officer who wrote the notes.
  
  Most of my notes only consist of something like this 70+/(65)/55/80/82/RD/ST/FEBD and that is it. No one usually knows exactly what it means until I tell them.

  Does anyone know what this means exactly to me as a defendant, particularly the PC+0 thing?

  
  Just a wild guess, but PC = Probable cause, which is required to issue a citation.
  
  PC + 0 may mean you made ZERO statements to incriminate yourself, ergo, there was no additional supporting probable cause, although enough to cite, sure.
  
  In not probable cause, some personal notation of his which is not decipherable until you ask.
